Our software ships with a collection of files called the
OCS Resources. These files are installed into a folder
called "OCS Resources" in the Mac OS System Folder or the
Windows folder. They store data tables and other information
used by the software to produce maps and graphs.
WxML often refers to resource files directly when
defining map or graph elements, and indirectly through the
use of site, parameter, and unit descriptors. The tables
below describes some of the resource files currently
installed as part of our standard software distribution.
However, files are often added to and removed from the
standard distribution, so this list is by no means static or
complete.
